A Goodix 3228T takes a single-lead reading from the wrist at 500 Hz in about thirty seconds; a PD2325 optical array handles heart rate, variability and blood oxygen day and night. The 250 mAh cell runs 25 to 30 days between charges — 60 or more on standby — behind a 3 ATM seal, and everything it records goes straight to the G band app on the phone you already own. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose anything.
