Cancelling before it ships

You can cancel from your order page at any point before it is dispatched. The refund is issued straight away and no charge applies.

Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, but it can be returned under the return policy.

If we cancel

Occasionally we have to cancel an order — stock that turns out to be unavailable, an address we cannot deliver to, or a payment our provider flags. We will tell you why and refund the full amount.

How the money comes back

Refunds go to the original payment method. We do not issue store credit instead, and we do not ask for your bank details to process one — if somebody claiming to be us does, it is not us.

We start the refund as soon as a cancellation is confirmed, or as soon as a returned item has been checked.

How long it takes

We initiate the refund immediately. Your bank or card issuer then takes 5–7 working days to put it back in your account, and that part is out of our hands.

You will get an email when we start it. If more than ten working days pass after that, contact us and we will chase it with the payment provider.
