What we collect

Only what an order needs:

• Your mobile number — it is how you sign in and how we send delivery updates.
• Your name and email address — to confirm your order and send you the invoice.
• Your delivery address — to send the parcel and to print the label.
• Your order history — what you bought, when, and what it cost.

What we do not collect

We never see your card number, UPI PIN, CVV or netbanking password. Those are entered inside Razorpay and never reach this shop.

We do not collect health data from the band. What the device measures stays between the device and its app; this shop only knows what you ordered.

Who else sees your data

Only the companies needed to complete an order:

• Razorpay — to take the payment.
• The courier — your name, address and phone number, so they can deliver.
• Our SMS and email providers — to send order updates and one-time codes.
• Our hosting and database provider, who stores the data on our behalf.

We do not sell it

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We do not share it for anyone else’s advertising.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Your account details are kept while your account is open.

Ask us to close your account and we will delete what we are not legally required to retain.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will respond within a month.

Cookies

We use only what the site needs to work: a cookie that keeps you signed in, and one that remembers your cart. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
