Where we deliver

We ship across India. We do not ship internationally at present, and orders with an address outside India will be cancelled and refunded in full.

What delivery costs

Delivery is free on orders of ₹5,000 and above. Below that, a flat charge of ₹99 applies and is shown in your cart before you pay.

The total shown at checkout is the total. Nothing is added afterwards.

When it goes out

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment being confirmed. Delivery usually takes a further 3–7 working days, depending on where you are.

These are working days and exclude public holidays. Remote pincodes can take longer, and we will tell you if that applies to your order.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched we send the courier name and tracking number by SMS and email. You can also see it on your order page at any time.

If nobody is there

Couriers normally attempt delivery more than once. If a parcel comes back to us undelivered we will contact you to arrange another attempt, or refund the order in full if you would rather.

Please make sure the address and phone number you give us are ones somebody can be reached on.
