Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. The price shown on the product page is the price charged; taxes are contained within it rather than added at checkout.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or netbanking details — those go directly to Razorpay, who are certified to handle them.

We may change prices at any time, but never for an order that has already been placed.

When an order is binding

Placing an order is an offer to buy. It becomes binding on us when we confirm payment and dispatch the goods.

We may decline an order — for example if stock has run out, if the price shown was clearly wrong, or if we cannot deliver to the address. If we do, you are refunded in full.

The product

The band is a consumer wellness device. It is not a certified medical device, and nothing it measures — including the single-lead ECG — diagnoses, detects or rules out any condition.

It does not replace a doctor, a clinical ECG, or advice you have already been given. If something about your health concerns you, speak to a doctor rather than a band.

Your account

Your account is tied to your mobile number and access is by one-time code. Keep that number secure; anyone who can receive its messages can sign in as you.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address and phone number you give us.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
